SME APPRENTICE SUPPORT SERVICE
A range of extra apprenticeship services for SMEs, helping you to understand and navigate the complexities of apprenticeship funding, finding and recruiting your next apprentice, and providing ongoing support throughout the programme.
SME SALARY SUPPORT SCHEME
We are sharing some of our Lloyds Bank sponsorship to help qualifying SMEs to recruit their next apprentice. The scheme provides up to £4,200 of salary support throughout the apprentice’s first year of training, reducing employment costs and de-risking the recruitment process.
LLOYDS BANK LEVY TRANSFER
The Lloyds Bank Levy Transfer fund helps SMEs to take on apprentices by covering the cost of apprenticeship training. As part of the bank’s partnership with MTC Apprenticeships, the OAS training provider, and if you are a small business in the local area, you can access funding to develop your existing workforce or recruit your next generation of engineering experts, improving career opportunities for young people.
SME TRAINING SUPPORT
We are also giving you free access to some of MTC Training’s most popular courses. Our industry leading training will raise your awareness of new and disruptive technologies that are becoming more prominent across areas such as Additive Manufacturing, Robotics and Digital Manufacturing.
MANUFACTURING SUPPORT SERVICES
The MTC’s Manufacturing Support Services team works with manufacturing SMEs to help them embrace the latest technology and improve their productivity. Through a free business review with our experts, we can help you quickly identify opportunities for cost savings, de-risking and accelerating the introduction of technology and improved processes into your business.
